Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) – Pediatric Practice
Locations: Woodbridge, CT (Primary) & New Haven, CT (As-Needed)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility until 5:30 PM on late-doctor days in Woodbridge)
Position Type: Full-Time
The Role
As the face of our practice, you will be the first warm smile our patients and their parents see! This position is primarily based in our Woodbridge office, but requires the flexibility to travel and cover our New Haven office as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude. Verify insurance and collect co-pays.

Phone Management: Manage a multi-line phone system by scheduling appointments, taking accurate messages, and routing calls.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate electronic patient records and manage daily administrative tasks.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth, efficient daily patient flow.
