Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and client relationships? We’re looking for a dedicated AR/Collections Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong, positive relationships with our clients.

What You’ll Do: Contact clients via phone and email to collect outstanding payments. Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner. Create and send invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain detailed records of all communications and transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Stay up to date on financial concepts and industry regulations to ensure compliance. Assist with other related duties as assigned by management.

What You Bring: Strong understanding of financial concepts related to collections. Excellent communication and phone etiquette. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of accounts receivable functions. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to negotiate with professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary: $60,000–$65,000 Full benefits package (medical, dental, and vision) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and vacation days Room for growth and advancement within the company
