Job DescriptionProduction Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate production records-log metrics such as quantities produced, scrap, defects, raw material consumption, and downtime
- Generate production schedules and work orders, and distribute them to relevant departments
- Coordinate with supervisors, production staff, and logistics to monitor progress, identify delays or issues, and propose adjustments
- Manage inventory: track levels of raw materials, additives, packaging, and production supplies; initiate replenishment orders as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of data entry, scheduling, or clerical experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
