Position Overview:
Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district in Indianapolis, IN for the remainder of the school year. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' lives by helping them improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students specific needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Implement therapy interventions to help students develop skills for daily living, mobility, and classroom participation.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' overall development.
- Document and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure success.
- Maintain compliance with district and state regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Indiana state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligibility for licensure.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
