Position: Associate Dentist - Private Practice
Location: Mount Carmel, IL
Employment Type: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000-$350,000

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Carry out all essential dental procedures.
- Confidently create and implement quadrant-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate on implant cases with the lead dentist.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, while receiving support without micromanagement.
About the Practice:
This practice has been a cornerstone of the community for over 40 years and has a strong history of growth. Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, technology-driven facility with eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We welcome an average of 27 new patients each month and are projected to exceed $2M in collections this year. Our environment is designed to minimize micromanagement, providing you with your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists. You will have the freedom to treat patients independently while also having access to mentorship as needed. Our culture emphasizes low drama, high efficiency, and ongoing clinical development. You will collaborate with a doctor who understands the needs of both new and experienced dentists, committed to fostering confidence through hands-on, supportive guidance.
