Job SummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to ensure accurate inventory management and timely product shipments through SAP. This includes completing batch tickets, performing goods issue, and confirming each batch ticket at the end of the manufacturing process. Any issues encountered during batch completion must be thoroughly investigated. Once batch completion is done, all batch tickets must be scanned into the system. Additionally, this role serves as a backup for printing labels, operating the labeling machine, and staging labeled containers for production departments while adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

  • To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to meet the following key responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Goods Issued process for the Roanoke Site.
  • Analyze and resolve top three variance issues: COGI, ZRV1, and TBF.
  • Perform error-free data entry through Saturn Goods Issue.
  • Reconcile errors and escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage cycle count corrections and work with purchasing to address raw material levels.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
  • Uphold integrity and adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct while performing duties.
  • Complete batch ticket process – Scan batch tickets and input data into the system relating to goods issue.
  • Run variance reports weekly to identify and address problems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in work areas.
  • Assist with inventory discrepancies and site cleanup as scheduled.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant experience is preferred; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
