We are seeking a Private Club Dining Room Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing members with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee member services and resolve issues
- Train and manage FOH personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Provide memorable and customized service to members
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in country club or semi-formal food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Organized, reliable, and inspiring
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
