SOS Home Offers is hiring an Acquisition Specialist to meet with homeowners, build trust, and turn opportunities into signed deals.
This is a field-based, high-performance sales role for someone competitive, driven, and ready to take full ownership of their results.
You won’t be chasing cold leads—we provide qualified inbound opportunities. Your job is to close.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with motivated homeowners and evaluate properties
- Build rapport and guide sellers through the sales process
- Analyze deals and present strong, structured offers
- Negotiate and secure signed contracts
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Manage your pipeline with urgency and discipline
- Track activity and performance in CRM systems

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
As an Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the frontline relationship-builder and deal-maker for our company. Your primary mission is to connect with homeowners looking to sell, build rapport, and negotiate win-win solutions that benefit both parties.
Your day-to-day:
- Respond to and qualify incoming leads from our marketing systems
- Build genuine rapport with sellers and understand their unique situations
- Schedule and conduct property appointments (virtual and in-person)
- Negotiate offers and overcome objections to close deals
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM and follow up consistently until contracts are signed
- Participate in team trainings to sharpen your skills
