Job DescriptionThis Bilingual Member Services Specialist Position Features:

AppleOne is assisting a client in the Sunrise, FL area in hiring a Spanish Bilingual Member Services Specialist to join their team for a long-term contract assignment!

To excel in this position, the individual must possess the following characteristics:
• Fully bilingual in English & Spanish
• Customer Service experience in a call center environment is required
• Detail orientation
• High standard/degree of accuracy
• Positive, team and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational prioritization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft suite, with emphasis on Excel

***This is NOT a remote position - 100% onsite in Sunrise, FL***
