Manufacturing / Production Environment
Summary
Reliable and detail‑oriented production worker with hands‑on experience supporting fast‑paced manufacturing lines. Skilled in packaging, inspection, and machine‑assisted production while maintaining strict quality and safety standards in a GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements
- Supported high‑volume production lines by loading empty bottles and tubes accurately to maintain consistent workflow
- Applied caps and labels to finished products, ensuring proper placement and adherence to quality standards
- Conducted visual quality inspections to verify products met customer and GMP requirements
- Prepared, sealed, and packaged finished goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness
- Moved, stacked, and palletized completed product boxes safely and efficiently
- Operated and assisted with basic production machinery to support line efficiency
- Maintained a clean, organized, and compliant work area in a GMP‑regulated facility
- Followed safety procedures while wearing required PPE including lab coats, hair nets, and safety glasses

Qualifications
- 3+ months experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical work
- Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a clean manufacturing environment with strong soap/cleaning solution odors
- Dependable, fast learner with strong potential for advancement
Career Growth
Demonstrated readiness for advancement with opportunities to move into Line Technician or Line Lead roles based on performance and skill development.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
