Job DescriptionProject Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, specifically in heavy civil construction management. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and financials, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction processes and practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
