Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Based in a welcoming community near Mendota Heights, MN, this contract position offers the chance to work closely with a small, manageable caseload of five students, ensuring personalized attention and impactful instruction.
As a Special Education Teacher in this part-time opportunity, you will help young learners thrive by tailoring educational activities and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to students’ academic and social success during the ESY period.
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- Valid Special Education Teacher licensure for the state of Minnesota
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in special education settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and fellow educators
