Facility: Central Vermont Medical Center
Med-Surg: Acute M/S Tele RN. Every other weekend requirement. NG tube insertion, peripheral IV insertion, telemetry strip interpretation all done by bedside. Requirements: • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS are required - NIHSS prior to starting; Telemetry certification is preferred • t5 years' experience in med surg tele OR 3 years of tele experience is required • Prior travel is required • Must have completed 2 travel assignments in 300 bed facilities OR have previous experience at any UVMHN acute care facility • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: •IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday • No block schedules for any reason • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
