As a Production Operator, you’ll work in a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule, alternating between days and nights within the same month. You’ll handle product processing, packaging, and movement throughout the facility, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency every step of the way.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and an industrial environment where no two days are the same.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Bag, palletize, and label products according to customer specifications
- Vacuum bulk product from storage vessels into industrial bags
- Sort and organize bags, pallets, and finished goods
- Stage and securely wrap pallets for shipment
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perform quality checks on bags, containers, and pallets
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts
- Support shipping and receiving functions as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.09 - $20.09/hr.
