What your day will look like:
- Arrive on-site ready to work with proper safety gear
- Work hands-on with construction tasks like measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials
- Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely
- Follow instructions and blueprints to complete projects
- Help teammates and keep the work area clean and safe
- Report progress or issues to your supervisor
What we are looking for:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- 4–5 years of experience in a construction-related role
- Proficient with basic power tools (drills, saws, grinders, etc.)
- Basic math and measurement skills
