Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and compassionate Call Center Representative to support new member onboarding for an innovative digital health and wellness platform focused on improving sleep, metabolic health, and overall well-being. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a smooth, supportive onboarding experience, helping members feel welcome, informed, and confident in using the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound welcome calls to newly enrolled members
- Provide step-by-step guidance through account setup and platform features
- Respond to inbound inquiries related to onboarding, app usage, and general support
- Troubleshoot common technical or access issues
- Accurately document member interactions in tracking systems
- Identify and escalate complex issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on member experience improvements
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in a call center, customer support, or healthcare service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
- Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
