We are seeking a skilled Injection Mold Operator/Technician to join our dynamic team in Maple Grove, MN. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on molding equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct inspections and tests on molded products.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine settings and production runs.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Injection Mold Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
