Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to become a part of our team at The Viridian, an innovative and vibrant Senior Living Community situated in New Bern, NC.
- Setting: Senior Living
- Schedule: Monday to Friday - No Holidays or Weekends!
- Hourly Rate: $50-52/hr

QualificationsJob Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, which encompass assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.
Licenses and Certifications
- Must possess and maintain a valid state PT license or certification
- Current CPR certification is preferred
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Experience: 0-1 years
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and effective management strategies for their conditions.
- Keep precise and current documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
