Salary: $66,000 - $91,000 per hour

We are an established, reputable print/packaging manufacturing company with 60 years in business. Our family-owned business is known for serving the printing and packaging needs of well-known confectionery brands.
We are hiring for a Quality Manager to lead the facilitation of established quality systems and work cross-functionally with Operations, Pre-press, Customer Service Management, and Shipping associates.
The ideal candidate will have experience with CAPA, vendor quality management, internal and customer audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Job Details
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality manufacturing, preferably within the print packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), vendor quality management, and RMA (Return Material Authorization) workflows.
- Understanding of SQF and BRC is highly preferred
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and improving processes, procedures, and quality systems.
- Knowledge of OTIF (On Time In Full) performance standards and quality metrics tracking.
- Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments (Operations, Pre-press, Customer Service, and Shipping).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive corrective actions and root cause analysis.
- Ability to communicate with departments with kindness and respect while being firm.
- High attention to detail and commitment to “right first time” quality.
- Passion for fostering a continuous improvement culture and achieving best-in-class quality performance.
