Sigma, Inc is looking for a 3rd shift Production Operator-Industrial to work onsite with our team located in Evansville, IN.
Shift : **Mon - Thurs, 4pm-2am**
Note :
- **Steel Toed Shoes Required**
- ****HS diploma or GED preferred.***

Job Description :
- Repetitive machine or process operation following prescribed routine.
- Must be able to follow direction & perform adjustments to processes or machinery.
- Records & reports production numbers.
- Proficiency in usually reached in a few months.
- Operation of equipment to include, but not limited to the following manufacturing equipment: Block Press Manufacturing, Block Stacking, Manual Bag Lifting, Packer, Palletizer, Forklift, etc...
Skills :
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
- Must practice good housekeeping.
- Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
- Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions.
- Excellent Punctuality. Solid communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Flexible.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills.
Knowledge :
- Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.
Education :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Steel Toed Shoes Required.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lb.
