✅ Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

• Completion of an accredited RN program

• Current RN license (state-specific or compact)

• Must fulfill all state board of nursing criteria

Experience:

• Candidates MUST have practical Operating Room experience.

Certifications Required:

• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support

• BLS – Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire)

• Any unit-specific certifications (with completion timeline)

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

• Prolonged standing/walking throughout the shift

• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary
