What Youll Do as GM
- Lead & Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor FOH and BOH managers and staff, building a culture of excellence.
- Manage the Business: Drive financial results by optimizing labor, cost of goods, and controllables to meet or exceed targets.
- Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience.
- Evolve Operations: Refine processes, uphold compliance, and implement best practices for efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate for Impact: Partner with ownership, chefs, and beverage leadership to keep the concept relevant and profitable.
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a GM in a polished, high-volume setting ($7M+ in annual sales).
- Track record of leading established teams and improving both culture and numbers.
- Deep understanding of restaurant finance, systems, and KPI management.
- Strong people skillsknown for accountability, coaching, and inclusivity.
- True passion for hospitality, leadership, and the guest experience.
