Location: Hamilton Township, New Jersey (08629) – In-Person

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform Veteran Disability Assessments. This role focuses on conducting in-person physical exams and reviewing medical records to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs disability benefits process.

No treatment, prescribing, or follow-ups required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person disability exams for Veterans
• Review electronic medical records via secure portal
• Accurately document findings and complete VA forms
• Provide medical opinions based on assessments

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (8 AM – 4 PM)
• Patient Volume: 3–5 per day
• In-person role (no remote)
• Equipment and training provided

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Comfortable with EMR / web-based systems
• Strong documentation and time management skills

• Experience in assessments, occupational health, or primary care
