Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This long-term contract position involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will work part-time, contributing 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to be on-site every day.

Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement activities, including processing purchase requests for materials and office supplies.
• Oversee the ordering process for inventory systems such as Two Bin orders.
• Perform regular administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents.
• Support accounting and purchasing projects as assigned.
• Handle receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and directing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate data entry and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, update, and analyze spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication.
• Assist with general office administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.

• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to handle receptionist duties and communicate professionally.

• Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory systems.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data entry.

• Employment is contingent upon meeting pre-employment requirements.
