OneLife Health & Performance, an all-encompassing Health & Aesthetics medical practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl is looking for a Medical Concierge/Receptionist.

Duties include:

-Excellent customer service skills & a positive, "can-do" attitude.

-Overall front desk management assist with patient check in/out, process payment, answer multiple phone lines.

-Effectively assists management in implementing medical spa objectives such as customer service, cost controls, marketing plans, and staff appearance standards.

-Assists in coordinating plans to retain and recruit clients, follow-up with clients

-Oversees facility conditions, and advise management as to needed repairs, improvements, and general maintenance.

-Must understand the importance of building client relationships

-Must pass a background check

-Baseline knowledgeable of the latest in medical aesthetic treatments, lifestyle medicine, & skin care treatments and products.
