Office Assistant – Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $17–$20/hr

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office. This role provides administrative and clerical support to the Procurement Manager, Office Manager, and VP of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, manage schedules, and organize files.

  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and maintain office supply inventory (including ordering supplies).

  • Assist with general office tasks and pitch in with additional duties as needed (e.g., stocking the kitchen).

  • Professionally manage a busy front desk with frequent foot traffic and occasional loud conversations.

  • Keep conversations concise when necessary to maintain workflow.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • Professional, punctual, and dependable – able to take feedback and make improvements quickly.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work alongside a mix of personalities.

  • Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed.

  • Comfortable with a dog in the office.
