Role snapshot

As an Industrial Channel Sales Executive, you’ll own growth across an assigned territory by cultivating distributors and engaging end-users. Your days will blend field visits, virtual touchpoints, and trade events—demonstrating how our systems increase longevity and reliability, and aligning internal technical resources to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What a typical week could include

  • Designing and executing a territory plan tailored to the CNC and machine tool ecosystem.
  • Prioritizing prospective distributors and end-users, then opening doors and building trust.
  • Delivering compelling demos and presentations that quantify value and ROI.
  • Advising distribution partners on the optimal configurations to solve customer pain points.
  • Coordinating with engineering, service, and support to resolve questions quickly.
  • Monitoring market shifts and competitor moves to uncover new opportunities.
  • Forecasting accurately, reporting progress, and proposing course corrections.
  • Representing MP Systems at trade shows, conferences, and industry gatherings.

Additional duties may be assigned where work is similar in nature or a logical extension of the role.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Consistent sales success, ideally in CNC or industrial machinery.
  • Mastery of distribution channels and experience selling through partners.
  • Polished communication and negotiation skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter who thrives independently and collaborates effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, distributor visits, and events.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
