What You’ll Do
As the Home Health Care Agency Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our agency operates smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Leading and managing a team of dedicated caregivers and administrative staff.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and quality of care.
- Monitoring client care plans and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings experience, leadership, and heart to this role. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the home health care or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of home health care regulations, policies, and best practices.
