DOVE Lead Facilitator

Program Director

Job Purpose:
Facilitates the overall implementation of expanded learning activities at the site. Supports expanded learning programs in order to ensure high quality successful programs. Serves as a mentor and coach for DOVE Programs. Advises staff and offers recommendations concerning site coordination.
*Duties and responsibilities
- Manages facilitator job duties and assist in completing facilitator tasks
- Provide behavioral support to facilitators during programming
- Provide curriculum support and troubleshooting
- Update and maintain participant’s ISP’s
- Monitor and ensure IEP needs are being met and goals are being accomplished
- Regularly initiate and facilitate trainings in both academics and trauma informed care.
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
· Associate’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Mental Health, Criminal Justice or other related fields preferred or
· In lieu of Degree, three (3) years of supervisory experience in Human Service field
· Ability to be flexible
· Ability to apply behavioral principles
· Must have Stress Management Skills
· Competency in Microsoft Office products.
· Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
· Mandated Clearances (PA Criminal, Child Abuse, & FBI Fingerprinting)
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
