Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients by thoroughly understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Generation: Proactively seek opportunities to generate sales through referrals, networking, and other channels.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Allstates insurance products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to ensure client satisfaction and retention, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.

Documentation: Ensure all client information and interactions are accurately documented in the system in compliance with company protocols.


Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Customer-focused with a keen ability to meet client needs and provide high-quality service.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software.

Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.

A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
