You'll work throughout the Raleigh market while operating out of our Fuquay-Varina office.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Electrician Installer, you'll perform electrical installations in customers' homes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Install electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential homes
• Install ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, EV chargers, generators, and electrical panels
• Complete panel upgrades and service upgrades
• Perform electrical troubleshooting as needed during installations
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and company standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately document completed work
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

• Residential electrical installation experience
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License (preferred but not required)
• Experience with panel replacements and service upgrades
• Generator installation experience
• EV charger installation experience
• Experience working in customer-facing residential environments
