We are seeking an Admin / Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. MUST BE CITIZEN OF UNITED STATE.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative support
- Ordering and organizing supplies, managing office supply vendors, and ensuring office is clean and presentable
- Meet and greet visitors, process incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Scheduling meetings and heavy calendar management
- Scheduling lunch and learns with vendors
- Ordering refreshments for meetings and events
- Assist with marketing tasks
- Bank deposits and general offsite errands for post office, supplies, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
