Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location : Mountain View CA
Duration of Assignment : 12 Month contract
Pay Range : $65.00/hr to $70.00/hr
We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leaders by managing day-to-day priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars with a strong understanding of business priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and expense reports (Concur)
- Act as liaison between executives and internal/external partners, maintaining professionalism at all levels
- Organize and support meetings (onsite/offsite), take detailed notes, and track follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Partner with other EAs and teams to align schedules, plan events, and execute initiatives
- Provide ad hoc administrative support and assist in supervising junior administrative staff as needed
