Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor in our hospice division.

• Lead daily clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.
• Oversee care planning, patient admissions, and transitions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and supervise nursing staff, conduct case reviews, and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop policies to improve care quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage staffing, training, and act as liaison with families, providers, and agencies.


Qualifications include an active RN license in California, 3+ years in hospice or palliative care, and leadership experience. The role offers a full-time salary ($125K-$130K), benefits, and potential sign-on bonus.
