Robert Half Marketing and Creative has an agency client looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for creating visually engaging content, particularly for social media platforms, and a background in the home, fashion, or beauty industries. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand identity and crafting designs that resonate with target audiences.


Responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic and visually appealing social media content, including static posts, videos, reels, and stories, tailored to platform-specific requirements.

• Ensure all visual assets align with the brand's identity, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and design across campaigns.

• Utilize expertise in the home, fashion, or beauty industries to create designs that reflect current trends and connect with target audiences.

• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and social media teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.

• Stay informed about emerging design trends and digital platforms to propose innovative content ideas.

• Design promotional materials such as advertisements, brochures, and banners that enhance brand awareness.

• Create artwork and layouts for various marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions by presenting creative concepts and visual strategies.

• Support the team with motion graphics or video editing when required.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
• Proven background in the home, fashion, or beauty industries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, including their content specifications.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, with excellent design composition and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.
