Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Production Assembler to join a food manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling tofu products according to strict specifications, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay Rate: $16.90 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience/shift)
Work Schedule
- Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Start time ranges from 12 AM, 1 AM, 2 AM, 3 AM, 4 AM, 5 AM, 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, etc.
- 2nd Shift: Start time ranges from 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM, 9 PM, etc.
- Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Availability: Must be open to working overtime and weekends as production demands require.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assembly & Production: Efficiently assemble tofu products according to company specifications and recipes.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistent product quality and portion control while meeting daily production quotas.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your assigned workstation clean, sanitized, and organized in compliance with food safety standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all workplace safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with additional production area tasks as needed to support the team and meet daily goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in food production, assembly, or general manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions with high attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-player mindset.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and comfortably lift between 15 to 50 lbs as needed.
- Environment: Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment that can be hot and wet due to food processing.
