We are looking for an Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounting transactions
- Light accounting work including loan schedules
- Compiling Excel spreadsheets and Word Documents
- Prepare quarterly trust distributions
- Download bank and investments statements to the company website
- Prepare various medical and property insurance schedules
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- QuickBooks knowledge and experience
- Extensive use of Microsoft Excel and Office or other accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLookups and Pivot Tables a plus
- General computer knowledge
- Detail, accuracy and deadline-oriented
- Organizational skills a must
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Ability to communicate and work with a team
