  • Ability to work at heights and in wet or humid conditions when required.

Why Work Here?

You will join a highly automated production facility where safety is a top priority and operating standards are clearly defined. The role offers a structured rotating schedule that provides every other weekend off, supporting a predictable work-life rhythm. As you grow in the position and transition to direct employment, you can benefit from a competitive pay increase and long-term stability in a core production operation. You will develop valuable skills in production, mechanical troubleshooting, and process control systems within a well-established, safety-focused environment.

You will frequently encounter wet and humid conditions, high or precarious places, extreme cold and heat, and a loud noise level. The schedule follows a 2-days-on/2-days-off, 3-days-on/3-days-off rotation, resulting in working every other weekend and having every other weekend off, with 12-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The dress code includes steel-toe boots, lab coat and pants, hair and beard nets, and appropriate safety equipment.
