Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing key accounts and driving brand growth within their assigned geographic area. This role involves developing strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring that each customer receives the appropriate level of communication and support. The Account Manager serves as the in-market expert on the Clase Azul portfolio, delivering brand training, organizing events, and executing strategic sales initiatives to boost market presence and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Management of key accounts and connecting with key consumers in South Central Florida and will report to the Division Vice President.

· Primary coverage consists of Martin, Palm Beach and Broward Counties in the East with travel required minimally 1 week per month overnight in Collier/Lee Counties to the West (Naples/FtMyers).

· Account Manager must reside in Palm Beach County (preferable) or Broward County.

· Acting as our in-market authority on our tequila portfolio, deliver inspirational trainings and tastings on Clase Azul, trade and consumer facing – brand storyteller

· Manage brand allocations by SKU by market in collaboration with DVP and distributor partner

· Participate in wholesaler and key account reviews

· Ensure that our distributors and key account staff are expertly trained and emotionally incentivized to promote the Clase Azul portfolio

· Develop, track and maintain a target list of on-premise accounts and premier retailers

· Work with and without the local distributor teams to secure listings in identified accounts anD agree (& organize & execute where appropriate) promotional activities to drive visibility, activation and consumer pull

· Partner with our events team to create unique experiences and reach Clase Azul consumers.

· Manage amenity programs in select hotel and resort properties

· Collaborate with Client Experience and assist building database of high net worth individuals and organizations to interact with the Clase Azul experience

· Identify & activate appropriate third-party partnerships that can help to reinforce our positioning, and access our target consumers• Work with Clase Azul’s U.S. team to execute local & national initiatives.

· Develop a thorough understanding of pricing strategies within the market to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

· Regular reporting of all activities against targets, competitor and market activity, including self-analysis of local distribution data to deliver efficiency in the field via Greatvines CRM

· Management and best use of one’s annual budget

Skills and Qualifications:

· Previous account management experience in the luxury or spirits industry.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate the brand story and engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Proven public speaking ability, with experience delivering presentations and trainings to trade and consumers.

· Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region, with a valid driver’s license.

· Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, distributors, and external partners to drive sales growth and meet targets.

· Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools to manage accounts and report on activities.

· Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

· Familiarity with the spirits industry is a plus, but not required.
