Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Line Lead Operator is responsible for setting up and running filling line equipment to meet production goals. This full-time, day shift role is based in Winston-Salem, working Monday through Friday, and offers a temp-to-hire opportunity for motivated candidates.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot filling line equipment to ensure smooth production flow
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet daily production targets
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines
- Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and basic reports
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to company procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong understanding of production line processes and workflow
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Drug screen and background check required
