The International Credit and Accounts Receivables Analyst is responsible for overseeing all the company's credit and collections functions in the USA and LATAM.
***This is an analytical position, advance excel is required. Only apply if you have experience with financial statements analysis, credit review and accounts receivable insurance experience is a must ***
-Responsible for Customer credit, Credit policies and procedures and continuous improvement.
-Evaluate the financial health and creditworthiness of international clients, corporations by analyzing financial statements, market trends, and economic conditions.
-Evaluate potential new accounts and establish credit availability limits for accounts that are approved.
- Develop and recommend credit limits for international transactions, often working with risk management and sales team to balance risk with business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and resolution of discrepancies.
- Resolver escalated customer disputes and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with the credit insurance company.
In order to be successful in this role, some skills and abilities are required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in commercial international credit and collections with USA and LATAM customers is required.
- Must be reliable with strong organizational skills and solution- oriented philosophy.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience using integrated ERP systems (SAP)
- Bilingual English and Spanish are required. Portuguese is optional.
- Effectively communicate ideas to a wide variety of people.
- Work in a fast-paced changing environment.
