Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week; hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite weekly and additional in-office presence as needed for events

Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring for our client, seeking an HR Program Manager to support Learning & Development initiatives within a dynamic HR team. This role will focus on coordinating training programs, managing learning systems, and assisting with broader HR projects.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of program coordination, systems expertise, and strong organizational skills to ensure seamless execution of training and development efforts. This position also contributes to employee engagement initiatives and other HR-driven programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administration of the learning management system, including course setup, enrollment tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions such as scheduling, materials, vendor communication, and onsite support
- Partner with internal teams to manage compliance-related training initiatives and reporting
- Distribute and analyze surveys related to training effectiveness and employee feedback
- Assist with HR programs such as internship coordination, including scheduling, communications, and event planning
- Support invoice processing and general program-related administrative tasks
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional HR initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience supporting HR programs, with exposure to Learning & Development preferred
- Experience working with HR systems and learning platforms (Workday Learning experience is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree required
