We are excited to announce that we are opening our Leadership Development Program up to the application process for the next round of developing a pool of candidates interested in growing into Area Managers or District Managers from our current Training Manager Team!
Qualified Training Managers should meet and/or exceed the below criteria related to their current role as TM………
- Must be Meeting AND Exceeding Expectations in Training Manager overall position competencies.
- Must be Meeting AND Exceeding Expectations in “Primary Focus” actions of TM in supporting DM.
- Must have DM Letter of Recommendation and copy of last position “Performance Review”.
- Must be willing to assume District Manager position in at least one market other than the one they currently support.
