- 3+ years of backend development experience with large-scale, complex systems.
- Strong programming skills in Node.js/TypeScript and Python (must-have).
- Experience with NestJS, Kafka, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of scalable software design, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; performance tuning experience is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
