Summary
Results-driven Production Supervisor / Program Leader with proven experience leading manufacturing operations, production teams, and cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced industrial environments. Strong background in driving production efficiency, improving quality, and ensuring safety compliance. Known for building accountable teams, optimizing workflows, and consistently meeting production targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Production Supervisor / Operations Lead
(Manufacturing Environment)
- Oversaw daily production, quality, and material operations, ensuring schedules and output targets were met
- Translated demand forecasts into actionable production plans, maximizing throughput and efficiency
- Supervised and coached teams, including performance management, scheduling, and training
- Monitored production flow, identified bottlenecks, and adjusted resources to maintain efficiency
- Partnered with Quality to ensure first-pass yield and customer specifications were consistently met
- Led investigations into quality deviations and implemented corrective actions
