 Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers</li>
<li>Manage job postings and candidate pipelines</li>
<li>Support onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)</li>
</ul>
