We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting recruitment, client management, and candidate placement. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of clerical, industrial, and professional positions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and workplace culture.

Match qualified candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skillset and client requirements.

Manage job postings, applicant tracking, onboarding, and assignment follow-up.

Conduct background checks, drug screens, reference checks, and other pre-employment processes.

Provide ongoing support to temporary employees during their assignments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the database.
Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn applicant tracking systems.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
