Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical abilities and a commitment to accuracy in every aspect of their work. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, file and organize documents, and maintain orderly physical and digital filing systems.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to emails, relay messages, and provide general information and assistance to internal and external parties.
• Data Entry & Recordkeeping: Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and software systems while ensuring the consistency and integrity of information.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, book meetings, and coordinate logistics for office activities and events.
• Office Maintenance: Order and restock supplies, maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, and support general office upkeep.
• Basic Bookkeeping: Process invoices, managing petty cash, reconciling receipts, and supporting payroll or budget tracking. Perform basic arithmetic calculations to ensure financial accuracy. Accuracy is a must.
• Customer and Client Support: Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and address concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Meeting Support: Prepare materials, draft agendas, attend meetings as needed, and take accurate minutes and notes.
• Technology & Equipment: Use office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, etc.), troubleshoot minor technical issues, and operate standard office software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately; confidence in working with numbers, spreadsheets, and simple financial records.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Must maintain a high level of precision in all tasks, particularly when handling data entry, financial documents, and client information.

Organizational Skills: Capable of multitasking, managing priorities, and maintaining orderly systems and schedules.
