Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you’ll be integral to supporting students with moderate to severe needs, as well as those on the Resource Specialist Program (RSP) side, across a dynamic educational environment. Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist license
- Experience supporting mod/severe and RSP student populations preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and specialists
- Adaptability to work onsite and/or in a hybrid model as needed
- Prior experience in a school setting is an asset
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess students to develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions and goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of needs, from moderate/severe to RSP
- Document student progress and maintain organized, detailed records in compliance with IEP requirements
- Collaborate effectively with educational teams, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Offer consultation, support, and resources to staff regarding modifications and classroom accommodations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for support plans
