We are a growing healthcare and skilled nursing organization seeking a high-energy, results-driven professional to work directly with ownership in a role heavily focused on business development, outbound outreach, and acquisition sourcing.
About the Role
This is not a behind-the-scenes administrative position. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is comfortable making cold calls, building new relationships, and helping generate growth opportunities. As an Executive Acquisitions Assistant, you will serve as a direct partner to executive leadership, driving outbound prospecting efforts while also supporting high-level operational and acquisition initiatives.
Primary Focus: Business Development & Cold Outreach

Conduct daily outbound cold calls to potential leads, partners, and acquisition targets

Identify and qualify new growth opportunities

Initiate conversations with owners, operators, brokers, and industry contacts

Track outreach activity and follow-ups in Excel and CRM tools

Maintain consistent pipeline reporting for leadership

Support relationship development through proactive communication
Executive & Operational Support

Manage executive calendars and meeting coordination

Assist with acquisition-related documentation and due diligence tracking

Prepare reports, summaries, and internal updates

Create and maintain Excel tracking tools and growth dashboards

Coordinate communication between leadership and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

Experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or outbound prospecting strongly preferred

Executive Assistant or operations experience is a plus

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Comfortable tracking activity metrics and outreach goals

Interest in healthcare growth and acquisitions is highly desirable
Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $60,000 (Plus commission)
